Parts Interpreter

Responsibilities will include:

• Work closely with trade customer mechanics and panel beaters, becoming their go-to expert for parts and services.
• Assist internal and external customers with parts, retail sales, and promotions tailored to their needs.
• Manage daily orders, maintain accurate inventory, and streamline order dispatch processes.
• Develop and nurture relationships with customers and colleagues, enhancing loyalty and support.
•  Identify and interpret various parts and components with precision, prepare quotes, invoices, and manage receipts.
• Work collaboratively, contributing to the overall success and efficiency of the team

Our ideal candidate will  have:

• Qualification as an Automotive Parts Interpreter will be highly regarded but is not essential.
• Experience as an Automotive Parts Interpreter
• Prior experience with ERA/Pentana will be highly advantageous, but not necessary. 
• Mechanical or Auto Body knowledge and passion are essential.
• Basic computer competency.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Hold a current Driver’s Licence.
