KindSpire Support is growing and we’re looking for a compassionate and reliable Occupational Therapist (subcontractor) to join our team and help us continue delivering high-quality NDIS supports. We’re a registered NDIS provider based in Casula, NSW , offering both in-clinic and mobile services within a 30-minute radius. With immediate referrals available, this is a fantastic opportunity for an OT who values flexibility, autonomy, and participant-first care. What We Offer: Competitive subcontractor rates Immediate NDIS referrals (in-clinic and mobile) Choose your own hours and caseload Supportive, friendly team culture Admin assistance provided Opportunities to grow with a passionate, values-led team Your Responsibilities: Deliver in-clinic or mobile occupational therapy sessions Conduct assessments, including Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA), and provide reports to support NDIS funding Develop and implement personalised therapy plans aligned with participant goals Collaborate with participants, families, and other support professionals Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation in line with NDIS requirements You’ll Need: Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy Current AHPRA registration ABN and appropriate insurances (PLI & PI) NDIS Worker Screening Check Working With Children Check Reliable vehicle and driver’s licence Experience with NDIS (preferred, but not essential) Based in South West Sydney?
