Start Time: 6am-2pm Key Responsibilities: Materials Handling Operate electric and manual pallet jacks, pallet trucks, and other machinery to move raw materials, packaging, and finished products within the production and warehouse areas. Safely load and unload pallets, ensuring goods are handled with care to avoid damage. Support fitters in setting up equipment by delivering materials and assisting with component movement. Inventory & Stock Control Verify the accuracy of incoming and outgoing goods, checking both quantity and quality against documentation. Label, scan, and place products into designated areas in accordance with warehouse procedures. Maintain accurate and up-to-date stock records, ensuring trace ability and accountability of inventory. Identify, locate, and supply the correct products during the production process to support continuous work flow. Workplace Safety & Compliance Adhere to all workplace safety regulations, including manual handling practices, machine operation guidelines, and PPE requirements. Keep inventory areas, loading zones, and equipment clean, tidy, and hazard-free. Immediately report any faults, damages, or safety risks to supervisors. Teamwork & Production Support Collaborate with production, fitting, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations and minimal downtime. Follow written and verbal instructions in English, ensuring compliance with production schedules and quality standards. Assist with general housekeeping and operational duties as required. Skills & Requirements: Experience operating electric pallet trucks is essential . Ability to read, write, and follow written procedures in English . Previous experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing or logistics environment (preferably FMCG or personal care products). Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory.
