About the role: Work on complex matters, such as suitability issues & complaints Investigate complaints about the conduct of professionals Liaise with key stakeholders Identify key conduct issues , analyse & examine the evidence and draft succinct and well researched recommendations on the complaints. The ideal candidate: Senior Lawyer with at least 5 PQE and prior litigation, investigatory, regulatory or administrative law experience. Excellent organisational and time management skills, ensuring deadlines are met. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to use clear, concise language in correspondence and reports.
