This role will be responsible for managing all administrative, operational, and scheduling functions. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, using expert organizational skills to streamline workflows and drive efficiency Requirements What a day in the life looks like? Calendar Management : Own and optimize a dynamic, high-volume executive calendar, resolving conflicts and strategically protecting dedicated focus time . Logistics & Travel: Plan and book complex domestic and international travel, creating detailed itineraries and managing all associated bookings. Gatekeeping: Act as the primary point of contact, screening, triaging, and fielding all incoming communications (emails, calls) with professionalism and judgment. Financial Administration: Prepare, submit, and track detailed expense reports, ensuring timely reconciliation and adherence to company policies. Meeting Support: Prepare meeting agendas, compile presentation materials, and attend key leadership meetings to capture accurate, concise minutes and track action items. Confidentiality: Handle highly sensitive company, personnel, and financial information with absolute integrity and discretion at all times About You Key Skills & Experience Experience: Proven experience in C-suite Executive Support or at least 2 years of experience in a dedicated administrative, operations, or team support role is essential. Administrative Acumen: Exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a proven ability to manage multiple complex priorities under deadline. Strong stakeholder management with the ability to build relationships and rapport quickly across all levels Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, including excellent proofreading abilities and a professional tone. Technology Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, and Slides). While expertise in Slides is not required, the ability to effectively use templates and format content is necessary.
