Stir up some joy and add a dash of connection, one visit at a time! We’re looking for a volunteer to visit a lovely elderly lady once a week or fortnight for an hour of companionship. She would love someone to share stories, laughter and companionship over a cuppa. HammondCare is a provider of The Aged Care Volunteer Visitor Scheme funded by the Australian Government and is established to promote links between elderly people and volunteers in their local community. Requirements 18 years or older • National Volunteer Police Check arranged and paid for by HammondCare • We'd be happy to discuss a suitable time during the week for a 30 minute visit between 9am and 5pm Monday to Sunday, visits could be weekly to fortnightly depending on your availability.
