The Venue: A bustling city pub serving Modern Australian food. Fun, fast-paced service with consistent a la carte as well as functions & events. Open 7 days a week, lunch and dinner. Currently seeking a Chef De Partie to lead your own section. What You'll Do: * Ensure quality, consistency, and presentation of all dishes. * Take control of your own section in a busy service. * Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organisation. * Uphold strict stock control and storage standards. * Collaborate with Head and Sous chefs to ensure smooth kitchen operations day-to-day. * Support and supervise junior kitchen staff. About You: * Previous experience as a Chef De Partie in a medium to busy environment. * Positive attitude & ability to gel with an established team culture. * Eager to learn and continue growing. * Excellent attention to detail. * Full working rights, sponsorship is not available in this role.
