About iion iion is the leading global game advertising platform, reaching brands’ ideal customers across all gaming environments. We are ambitious trailblazers, aiming to be an indispensable element in brands' media strategy. We are a growing team of 60 people, working primarily remote with regular in-person collaboration, headquartered in Australia and consisting of teams working across APAC and Europe. About the role This role requires managing the entire life cycle of digital advertising campaigns in the gaming landscape, working with partners across ANZ & APAC. It demands a combination of campaign management, technical product knowledge, client leadership and the ability to identify opportunities that drive growth and long-term success for our advertiser client partnerships, while meeting the demands of multiple stakeholders. Role Responsibilities: Build and nurture strong partnerships with agencies and clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery Collaborate with the in-market sales team to maximize iion's market presence and effectiveness with key agency groups Lead client onboarding, training, and platform demos, ensuring complete understanding of platform features and benefits Deliver timely and compelling campaign reporting (weekly / monthly) and post-campaign analysis that showcase campaign success and drive future strategies Oversee the entire campaign lifecycle, ensuring KPIs and client expectations are consistently met in partnership with the campaign manager Gather and communicate client feedback and feature requests to the product team to facilitate ongoing platform improvement Proactively inform clients of platform updates and new features in a clear and timely manner Utilize market research and intelligence tools to develop insightful proposals and identify growth opportunities Participate in regular in-person meetings (typically 1–2 days per week / as required) with clients and internal teams to strengthen collaboration, communication, and market presence Role Requirements: 3 years in digital media/operations at agencies or AdTech companies Deep expertise in digital and programmatic advertising (DSPs/ SSPs, media, tracking, analytics) Ability to deliver detailed analysis/ reports Strong client-facing skills, with a knack for identifying new opportunities and upsell Proven ability to tell impactful stories using data and insights to influence client decisions Skilled in giving platform demos and client training on AdTech Comprehensive 360-degree media knowledge (print, digital, CTV, social, OOH) Understanding of regional ad spending patterns (seasonality, events etc.) Excellent project management and numerical skills Ability to persuade clients and evaluate creative assets effectively Detail-oriented, analytical, quick learner with an outgoing personality Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with strong spelling and grammar Strong communicator who maintains visibility and alignment across teams, and proactively challenges the status quo through collaboration and clear feedback Comfortable working in a hybrid setup with both virtual and in-person collaboration (1–2 days per week, depending on client and team requirements) Good to have: Experience with gaming channels and / or strategies is a bonus Start-up experience *This is a hybrid role, based in Sydney, requiring 1–2 in-person collaboration days per week, and flexibility for client or team sessions as needed.
