Corporate / M&A / Private Equity Lawyers 2 - 7 yrs' PAE
Our client is a specialist corporate, property and commercial disputes law firm with a growing headcount of highly accomplished lawyers with outstanding academic achievements and a history of working exclusively for leading national and international law firms throughout their legal careers. With a technical capability to deliver top tier service and quality on the most complex corporate and property transactions and commercial disputes, this firm prides itself on providing top tier quality advice and service on all client engagements and regularly competes with Australia's largest and most prestigious firms. Given that there is plenty of high level work already in existence and more coming up in the pipeline, we have been briefed to assist in sourcing suitably qualified corporate / M&A or private equity lawyers up to Senior Associate level to add to the existing team.
Of particular interest are Australian qualified lawyers wishing to return from working within a law firm overseas, or similarly applicants residing interstate with quality experience in this area who are wishing to relocate to Brisbane. To be eligible for consideration for this role you must possess the following: Qualifications in Law and admission as a solicitor (or eligibility for immediate admission) within an Australian jurisdiction; Between 2 - 7 years' PAE as a solicitor or lawyer in the specialist area of corporate / M&A or private equity; Excellent legal academics; An ambitious, driven, pro-active and hardworking attitude; and An ability to work independently and autonomously with minimal supervision.
