Our Corporate Support Office in Greystanes has an opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join us in the position of Service Administrator.
Reporting to the National Manager- Fleet Solutions, your responsibilities will include: Overseeing administrative compliance by branches of Hitachi Delivery and contract documentation requirements Assist with maintaining data in our systems managing contracts and Life Cycle Costs Administration of contract registration and contract reports Contract Report Preparation & Distribution Assist with the data punching in service and contract systems Create prospective customers in contract system and process new/current user requests/issues Process and key in Equipment updates Assist in other general service administration tasks To be successful you will need: Previous experience in a similar role will be a distinct advantage Excellent oral and written communication skills Demonstrated MS Office experience, including Word and Excel The ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team With long term career paths and personal development opportunities, Hitachi offers a challenging yet rewarding environment for all its employees.
