The Role This career opportunity is based in Orange NSW, the beautiful food and wine capital of NSW where you can experience wonderful lifestyle opportunities with all the advantages of a major regional city. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Lead assigned projects and assist in the identification of new programs and initiatives to increase efficiency, reduce duplication and drive high quality, consistent HR services Keep abreast of human capital trends to develop best-practice HR services appropriate to the business Diagnose business needs and recommend appropriate services Develop and coach employees, supporting growth and career opportunities motivate and engage employees to support high levels of performance About You You will highly organised, methodical and efficient with strong attention to detail and accuracy, and have: Demonstrated experience in an HR Management role or operating in a similar capacity managing diverse environments. Tertiary qualification in Human Resources and a minimum 5 years of experience across generalist/specialist responsibilities Sound understanding of the legal, political and industrial relations framework Ability to liaise, mediate and negotiate with staff across all layers of the busines including working with Enterprise Agreements Strong team leadership skills in all areas of work & excellent organisational and time management skills, with high attention to detail Sound research skills coupled with a high level of curiosity, motivation and persistence Strong focus on continuous improvement and identifying issues Highly articulate with excellent communication skills Well-developed analytical and reporting skills Above all else, the successful applicant will possess energy, enthusiasm and the ability to collaborate and build great relationships and teamwork.
