We are looking for a Senior / Lead Consultant to deploy the HR modules within Microsoft Dynamics 365 FinOps ROLE: Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Lead Functional Consultant - HR LOCATION: Remote (However Melbourne is preferred) DURATION: 9 Months Initially RATE: Market Rates (between $850-$1000/day) We have been mandated by one of Australia leading organisations who is a Microsoft house as well as deploying the full suite of Microsoft Dynamics 365 both on Finance & Operations and Customer Engagement for the past 18 months, following on from our successful relationship they have asked Digital Monk International to locate a Senior Functional Consultant who is skilled in the HR Module As a Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Lead Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for the end to end deployment of the HR module within Microsoft Dynamics 365 FinOps, this will be your baby, and will result in you working closely with multiple areas of the business as well as Microsoft directly You will also be required to guide Support Consultants and Training Analyst during the design and build phase of the project, ensuring that solutions effectively interact with business requirements. The Lead Functional Consultant will take full ownership of all aspects of Dynamics 365 F&O functionality, working with the business stakeholders and principal enterprise sponsors, ensuring the business best practice of Dynamics 365 F&O and successful delivery of this program of work. This person will have a wider understanding of ERP business processes from an HR perspective as well as extensive Dynamics AX & Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations experience, with a background of delivery of large-scale/complex HR implementations integrating with other modules where needed Essential Functions 3 years' experience of Microsoft Dynamics AX2012/AX7/Dynamics 365 F&O, functional delivery and design 5 years' experience in facilitation, analysis, and prototyping 5 years' understanding of and primary responsibility for solutions within HR, Benefits, Compliance, Employee Development, Training, Payroll, Procurement & Sourcing, Recruitment and On & Off Boarding 5 years' experience with multi-phase, multi-country, enterprise-wide AX implementations - must have AX 2012 experience and Dynamics 365 F&O 8 years' solid experience working within an IT applications role Solid understanding of interoperability issues and the strengths and weaknesses of platforms and products Strong and proven experience of implementing AX - Full life cycle AX / D365F&O / ERP implementation experience Experience of working within a complex multi-regional architecture Confident and possesses effective communication skills Ability to learn quickly Previous MS Gold partner experience desirable Thinks clearly and calmly under pressure Should this exciting opportunity match your skills and career aspirations hit "Apply Now" alternatively you can contact Neil Brand at neil.
