Client Engagement ManagerFrontline Retail
The role: - Analyse market and client's reports - Define and execute the client's segmentation by brand - Support and enhance a Client centric culture at company level - Share client knowledge and Insights through an effective information flow - Develop and implement strategies and targeted actions based on client's insights, that can grow the client's database and drive sales and traffic, leveraging CRM and loyalty - Oversee CRM system (upgrading, data cleansing, integration, etc.) liaising with IT - Oversee data mining and reporting - Improve in-store data collection and data quality - Plan, develop, manage and execute initiatives to help grow business through engaging new clients and increasing loyalty among existing ones - Follow up and improve KPIs (recruitment of new customers, retention and upgrading of actual clients, frequency of purchases etc.) - Deploy a worldwide Clienteling strategy (process/tools/training) by brand - Follow up of Clienteling activities and consolidate best practices - Deploy the Clienteling tools and measure results - Deploy the value proposition for VIC Clients - Define and follow up KPIs related to VIC actions - Define together with the Manager a Cross channel strategy, execute and follow-up - Develop an integrated "unique client" strategy across all channels and touch points, working with all key departments - Support and work collaboratively with E-Commerce and other key departments in order to enhance a consistent and systematic approach at Back-Office level Skills: Strategic vision, ability to execute and deliver quick wins and mid/long term goals Forward thinking, Seeks out problems and opportunities for change Approaches work objectives with a sense of urgency and passion Able to think through problem solutions, sell cooperative solutions and integrate internal/external efficiencies Good communication skills, interpersonal skills and ability to work in team (Headquarters- Regions) Responsibility for development and execution of budget and time-line deliverables Analytical skills with an ability to clearly translate results into actionable insights English and another language would be a plus Must have a retail background.
