Work as a Rates Officer for a large local government council with great benefits, located in the southern perth suburbs Client Details Our client is a large local government council located in South Perth and are committed to high quality customer service, equal opportunity and diversity. Description Reporting to Rates Coordinator, you will be responsible for: Receiving and responding to rates enquiries. Assist in effective delivery of Council's rates and property functions while ensuring compliance with the rating provisions of the Local Government Act 1995.
Maintaining and updating the Name and Address Register (NAR) to the government council standards. Assist and support other team members with various customer service related duties. Other ad hoc duties as requested by the Rates Coordinator.
