With a customer first mentality, they have seen strong performances throughout 2020 despite COVID-19 and subsequent in growth in the company, resulting in the new position. The role will be a full-time permanent position, where all on-boarding will take place virtually given the Melbourne restrictions however, working from home and from the office (Laverton North) will be available upon easing of these restrictions. Description Reporting to the payroll manager the payroll officer will provide end to end duties including: Assisting with fortnightly and weekly payroll processing Administrative duties in order to maintain and update payroll information Filing staff and financial documentation Interpretation and communication of awards Assist in preparing payroll reports and data Profile The Ideal candidate will have previous payroll experience and skills that include but are not limited to: End to end payroll experience processing 300 employees Excellent understanding of how to interpret and communicate multiple awards and EA's Experience with Preceda (preferably); or other ERP payroll systems Effective communication skills when liaising with internal and external queries Abilty to prioritise and have excellent time management skills Ability to work within a team and think creatively Job Offer Outstanding salary with great sob security Career progression and growth opportunity Flexible working arrangements, WFH options To apply online please click the 'Apply' button below.
