This is not a commercial project, it is high-end residential, bespoke and unique homes and multi-residential we are talking about here.

Based in the beautiful city of Melbourne, this Architecture and Interior Design practice is focused in residential and multi-residential, hotels, commercial workplace etc. Known for their innovation, contemporary and bespoke design quality, they work for a range of clients from your boutique Melbourne based firms to the large multi-nationals. Your new role The primary goal of the Senior Registered Architect is to contribute to Residential, Commercial, AND Hospitality projects, ensuring achievement of budgeted revenue, service delivery and project excellence.

This role requires a high level of competency in all aspects of the profession, evidenced by registration with the Architects Registration board. The Senior Architect will plan and conduct professional architectural work without detailed supervision, but with guidance on unusual features, and will be engaged on more complex architectural assignments requiring professional experience. What you'll need to succeed Registered (ideal, not imperative) All phases of project delivery with concept and presentation skills, direct client liaison, consultant co-ordination, builder liaison Demonstrated experience in all aspects of the architectural delivery service including an ability and willingness to lead and encourage teams and promote motivation Sound analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail Sound technical knowledge of architectural project delivery Revit Advanced knowledge of building materials, their function and physical properties and construction methods Advanced knowledge of structural, electrical, hydraulic and mechanical engineering as related to buildings Advanced knowledge of applicable codes, laws, rules and standards regulating the design and construction of buildings Self-motivated focus to achieve project deadlines, with an ability to work independently Strong communication skills Client focused and results driven Understanding of project processes, profitability and resource management Flexible, adaptable and responsive to challenging situations Demonstrable experience in creative architecture and interior design and project management within highly serviced projects What you'll get in return Be mentored by their directors and associates Great culture and career development You will be proud to have this experience on paper Work on meaningful projects and get your hand dirty from start to finish The opportunity to work be on site Liaising with all parties in the full-cycle of a project Join a team who celebrates team activity i.
