As part of Eastern Health Physiotherapy's strong team focus, involvement in our quality, professional development and undergraduate training programs is actively encouraged including supported opportunities for senior grade 1 staff on our governance committees, introduction to quality improvement methodology and contributing to supervision of students in our La Trobe University Eastern Health Physiotherapy Clinical School. This role will be an active participant of the Eastern Health Allied Health Transition to Practice Graduate program over the 2 year period Our grade 1 rotation program offers: 26 exciting rotations across 6 locations, acute, sub-acute & community programs Friendly, supportive & dynamic teams Regular supervision, co-treatments with seniors & professional development opportunities provided To be successful in the role you will: have recognised tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy have current registration as appropriate to requirements of AHPRA be eligible for practising membership of the Australian Physiotherapy Association demonstrate knowledge of clinical theory and practice relevant to hospital based care demonstrate a clear understanding of client-centred care & goal setting with clients across the continuum be a strong communicator – both oral and written Please refer to the attached position description for further details of the role.
