Banksia Lodge Manager The opportunity has become available to join the Banksia Villages team in the role of Lodge Manager. Reporting to the CEO, this role is responsible for the delivery of quality care and services in the residential aged care business unit. Supported by an experienced and capable department manager and section supervisors, the Lodge Manager will ensure that internal and external standards for performance are achieved and contribute to the strategic direction of the company.
The successful applicant will hold tertiary qualifications in business management, have substantial frontline leadership experience in health services and a comprehensive understanding of the current and evolving regulatory environment.
