Your role We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Client Adviser to join our Client Advisory team within the Risk Services division. In this role you are responsible for providing timely, accurate and consistent responses to client enquiries and requests made of VMIA through our website, email and phone channels. The role provides a key component of VMIA's service delivery and works collaboratively with Underwriters, Risk Advisers, Claims Managers and other VMIA staff.

In this client-focused role, you thrive on finding solutions for our clients. You are curious and energised to come up with ways to improve the client experience and ensure the best possible outcomes for clients. You bring solid experience in customer service and can communicate in an engaging way with clients, whether you interact via the phone or in writing.

A sound knowledge and experience in Insurance and being able to confidently demonstrate your understanding of Risk Management will be looked on favourably. You're a member of the Client Advisory team, reporting to the Manager, Client Advisory in the Insurable Risk Advisory function. What we're looking for 1 - 3 years' experience in insurance sector is desirable Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or insurance professional qualification is desirable Impressive verbal and written communication skills and excellent customer service skills Excellent time management and organisational skills to manage competing deadlines Keen eye and an attention to detail Active team player and you enjoy helping others Enthusiastic, self-motivated and confident with strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
