This reliable Financial & Investments group has been offering their services to small and medium sized business enterprises across Australia for decades. Due to their growth, they are now in need of an experienced Credit Loan Manager to join their team in Sydney. This is a key role responsible to oversee company's lending process, from evaluating clients' creditworthiness to approving or rejecting loan requests.

Primary responsibilities Set up the credit lending internal policy and observe our company's lending process, from evaluating clients' creditworthiness to approving or rejecting loan requests. Studying and assesing clients' creditworthiness Generating credit scoring models to predict risks Approving or rejecting loan requests, based on credibility and potential revenues and losses Analyse and set interest rates, Negotiate loan terms with clients Observe payments, keep records of loan applications Follow up with clients to manage debt settlements and loan renewals Make sure all lending procedures comply with regulations Ideally you'll have: 5-8 years related experience Holds a Degree in Accounting, Finance Economics, Banking and Finance or relevant field Experience processing loan applications. Previous banking experience is a plus Proven work experience as a Credit Manager, Credit Analyst or similar role Well-versed with accounting softwares Solid understanding of lending procedures Outstanding analytical skills, with the ability to create and process financial spreadsheets (e.
