Clinical Liason Officer Long Term Contract Positions Excellent remuneration Vacancies in other major cities - Ask me where The Clinical Liaison Officer will work in collaboration with the National Operations Team and Regional Teams to support the Assistant Director Clinical Liaison, Client Assist and the Regions in liaison across services, input into and coordination of complex clinical situations, and support for clinical quality improvement initiatives. • Coordinating responses to clinical escalations and working with regional teams to prepare written responses to the Secretary and Ministers Office. • Liaison with services to support the regions in the management of complex and at-risk clients.
• Actively promote a culture of continuous quality improvement through monitoring, analysis and feedback of implementation data, clinical activities and client outcomes and identification of system issues. • Support an environment that encourages a willingness to adopt participative workplace practices in line with policies of WHS, Workplace Diversity and the Australian Public Service Values, Employment Principles and the APS Code of Conduct. • Work closely with the Assistant Director of Clinical Liaison to coordinate triage and provide immediate support to vulnerable veterans and their families.
Mandatory attributes: Relevant experience in complex clinical case management Highly developed written and verbal communication skills The ability to interpret, present and communicate data effectively Qualifications must be that of a Psychologist, Mental Health Occupational Therapist, Accredited Mental Health Social Worker, or Nurse with mental health experience. Qualified Psychologists, Occupational Therapists and Nurses must have current registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Registration Agency (AHPRA). Mental Health Accredited Social Workers must be registered with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).
