What you'll be responsible for: Engagement and acquisition of brands onto the Kogan.

com Building relationships with the brands and developing categories Responsible for delivering the onboarding and retention of quality brands Provide advice in relation to demand, supply and marketability of various products Manage stakeholder relationships, financial transactions and agreements between the Company and the organisation Identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies for Partner Brands team Owning your sales pipeline About You: You have previous experience in a commercial role, ideally, in the positions like Buying, Sourcing or Category Management roles Ideally, you have experience in ecommerce and/or retail Driven to achieve targets, with a hunter mentality Highly analytical and a logical thinker Excellent communication and negotiation skills A multi-tasking ninja - we expect you to juggle 50 different tasks at once without dropping the ball (we’re not kidding) Tech savvy and able to use various IT and cloud-based tools to improve efficiency and productivity Ready to challenge, be challenged, and work within our highly disruptive business model About The Team: Our Partner Brands team work with a huge range of brands to offer a large range of products at competitive prices for our customers. The online retail market is fast paced and constantly evolving, so being able to quickly react to changes in demand and market trends is an essential part of being successful in this team. Each team member takes ownership of the brand relationships, liaising directly with our brand partners to source the best products from the brands and for our customers.
