Requirements Ideal Candidate To be qualified for this position, ideally you will have previous experience in a similar role, or your background and skills will comprise of the following: Liaising with customer IT regarding installation of remote monitoring tools.
Install and support various remote monitoring tools in an ERP environment. Utilise remote conferencing software to facilitate customer installation (TeamViewer). Resolve reported technical problems, utilising all available tools, within agreed time frames.
Escalating unresolved technical problems. Documenting reported problems and resolutions on our internal systems. Providing excellent customer service to external and internal customers by providing proactive support.
Monitoring global escalations and identify problems that could impact the local operation. Creating and distribute technical support documentation. Assisting with technical product evaluation and launch activities.
Assisting other departments with technical questions, e.g. tenders etc.
Carrying out other related tasks as required. Resolve all connectivity related issues for Konica Minolta devices. A Collaborative mindset, actively engage in maintaining a strong and energetic team culture.
Knowledge & Experience & Requirements Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A Self-motivated approach with accountability and a focus on driving results. Willingness to challenge the norm to deliver best in class customer service.
Demonstrated commitment to best practice and process improvement. Experience using MS Office 365. Experience using SAP (or other ERP systems) an advantage.
Understanding of different network communication protocols (e.g HTTP, SNMP, TCP/IP etc.).
Knowledge of Windows Server environments (AD/DNS/DHCP/ etc.). Experience working in an IT services or support role.
