Corporate Communications Manager

We are looking for an experienced Communications Manager to join our team who has proven experience planning, developing and executing a global external communications strategy. As Corporate Communications Manager, your key responsibilities will include: Building brand equity and supporting revenue generation by increasing recognition and consideration of Squiz with prospects and customers through engaging and strategic communications programs. Collaborating with teams across Squiz to build compelling messaging, themes and content.
You will work alongside our Marketing teams to develop thought leadership that supports efforts to drive leads and traffic and increase our social presence. Management of our social channels and work with teams across the company to increase engagement and followers. Managing our customer communications and work with teams across the business to educate & engage our customer base.
Ownership of the Squiz website, working with Marketing and Operations team members to develop and post content and continuously review site capabilities with a view to enhancements. Requirements You will have: B2B communications experience, preferably with experience in the Customer Experience industry, in multiple global markets across ANZ, UK, and North American markets. Proven ability to translate company goals & messaging into a strategic communications program to build brand awareness & consideration and support demand generation.
Strong understanding and proven experience across media relations, content development, social engagement, website management and customer communication. Proven ability to work collaboratively with the executive team, field marketing, sales and customer support. Proven ability to engage with customers directly to generate customer story content such as media releases, videos and case studies.
