Marley Spoon AU is seeking highly talented, ambitious individuals to participate in an exciting new project. As a participant of this project, you will be part of an 18-month full-time based Graduate Program, rotating through several departments of Marley Spoon. Discovering 360 insights into various functional and geographical parts of our business, this opportunity allows you to not only explore where your true interest lies, but also to develop strong talent within multiple areas of the business.
Kickstart our program in Operations (6 months), then join our SC department (6 months) and finish off your experience with a final rotation overseas, to support our teams in either Berlin (GER), New York City (USA), or Lisbon (PT). You are dedicated to advancing your professional development? Look no further, this role offers in-depth experience, ongoing mentorship and targeted training across a range of business areas within Marley Spoon. Program Description/Duties: Report to one senior manager for the full 18-month program that will coach you and be responsible for your success; Be assigned one senior mentor for the full 18-month program on your area of expertise to support you during the duration of the program; Be assigned one peer with 1 year in the business to guide you throughout the full 18-month program; In each rotation complete a number of focus projects for one key function of the business.
Projects will vary by function, location and individual and is based not only on business needs, but your skill set; Solve complex problems for focus project and have the opportunity to drive business improvements; Deliver project outcomes in tight deadlines and take accountability for deliverables; Autonomously bring ideas and continuous improvement to your respective rotation; Provide operations support to the assigned function and team. This includes administrative tasks where required. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (engineering, finance or related field) Previous experience (internship and/or full time) in an operations related role: marketing, finance, demand planning; Ability to travel overseas and have no travel restrictions.
Proven experience at spearheading small projects to success and managing stakeholders’ expectations; Strong problem solving & multi-tasking skills with great attention to detail; Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Passion to always learn more and share your knowledge with others; Outstanding analytical skills and logical thinking mindset; Entrepreneurial-minded and self-starter that likes to own their personal projects and get their hands dirty.
