Volunteer gardener at Woy Woy aged care home
HammondCare VolunteersAs a HammondCare volunteer in Woy Woy, you'll be moving and spreading mulch around our garden beds. This would be an ongoing role, and you'll need to be physically fit, able to take instructions and work as a team or independently. HammondCare is an independent Christian charity, specialising in dementia.
We're passionate about improving the quality of life for people in need and we have a wonderful group of volunteers that partner with us to enhance the lives of residents in our residential care home. We'd be happy to discuss with you a suitable time between Monday to Friday. HammondCare is located at 286 Railway St, Woy Woy NSW 2256 Successful applicants will be required to complete a national police check which HammondCare will organise and pay for.
We'll provide training as well as ongoing support. Due to Covid19, you'll need to be aged between 16 and 79 years old. We also require you to show proof of your current flu vaccination or be willing to have the flu vaccination prior to starting.
