About the role This resource manages and supports applications and reports required by the ICT Services business unit to deliver information and communications technology services for NT Government agencies and across whole of government. Requirements Essential Skills and experience Substantial knowledge and experience of the ServiceNow IT Service Management, IT Asset Management and IT Operations Management suite of products. Substantial application and reporting development experience to assist the ServiceNow implementation and transition as a product owner and system administrator.
Previous experience in the technical implementation of enterprise service management platforms. Highly skilled in business intelligence systems analysis and design, system integration and testing and data modelling using industry standard techniques. Expert knowledge in a number of areas of ICT business intelligence systems, reports and change management.
Highly developed oral and written communication and negotiation skills including the ability to translate analytical and technical information into clear and meaningful terms. ITIL certification is required.
