What you will be doing and will be responsible for: The Fundraising Manager role is to manage the individual giving program by implementing sustainable revenue generating strategies that will enable Breakthrough Mental Health Research Foundation to achieve its bold vision. The Fundraising Manager will deliver effective programs to attract and retain donors and increase their lifetime value. This position is responsible for leading individual giving, regular giving and bequest programs. This position is offered as a Fixed Term (7 month) Maternity Leave contract working Tuesday to Friday (.

Key Responsibilities: Donor Engagement Foster strong relationships with new and existing donors Manage the donor journey process for low to mid value donors and regular givers to improve donor retention and increase the value of donors, including the welcome and onboarding process Escalate high value donors and donors with the propensity to give at high levels to the Partnerships Manager and/or Executive Director in a timely manner and recommend engagement tactics based on donor behaviour and history Manage a pipeline for bequest prospects and develop and implement a stewardship program for bequests Utilise the Salesforce database to optimise donor engagement strategies Performance (Financial) Achieve and exceed budgeted income and drive growth in individual fundraising programs within the annual and five-year plan Manage expenditure, income budgets and forecasts for all individual giving programs Customer Focus Build a donor-centric approach to all fundraising activities Ensure positive engagement with all key stakeholders Assist in develo....
