We are currently seeking Christmas Casual Sales Assistants for our new store at Harbour Town Adelaide Airport, during the busy holiday period. This will be a temporary role commencing in November/December, and concluding in early February 2021. Our work culture is characterised by our fun loving, outgoing, and dedicated staff that go the extra mile for our customers.
You will be a fashion conscious retailer who is very customer focused and enjoys working in a fun, fast paced environment with a strong focus on Sales, Marketing and Operations. Key Expectations: Create a fun, energetic environment for our customers. Knowledge of and contributes to daily sales and KPI targets Consistently practices exceptional customer service Consistently perform to operational and merchandising standards Partner with teammates on tasks, processes, merchandising and product flow opportunities Ensure product knowledge of footwear, apparel and accessories Support superior standards around store cleanliness and store safety Acts in accordance with store policies & procedures at all times Able to commit to casual shifts from November/December, work over the Christmas/New Year period and conclude early February 2021.
Essential Skills / Attributes: 1 year's retail experience in a busy, retail environment Must be able to perform all retail floor functions including standing for extended periods, climb ladders, stocking and retrieving merchandise, and unloading shipments Able to communicate clearly (written and verbal) with employees and customers Must perform basic retail math Basic computer skills, including MS Word, Excel and Outlook experience Strong selling techniques and experience delivering high- level customer service Is strongly customer focused and delivers outstanding customer service Can maintain merchandising standards to maximize sales Is a team player and leads by example Can manage a high traffic of customers Has experience in stock control procedures and inventory management Apply now.
