Reporting to the General Manager, you will be based in Seven Hills and drive continual service improvement and an outstanding customer experience. The Customer Service Centre is an integral connection to the operational branch network across Australia and NZ, it is set up to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
About the role You will lead, motivate and manage a team of 17 customer service agents to drive and deliver high levels of sustained customer satisfaction. Implement process improvements to optimise efficiencies Nurture and develop a high-performance culture amongst the team Manage the budgets, KPIs, P/L and provide reporting to management for the customer service centre Manage social media, account management, web chats, emails and any other digital communications Develop strong internal relationships with stakeholders Manage all escalated queries Assist in the management of upgrades and projects About you With a proven track record in people management and driving high performance, you will; Excellent people management and coaching skills Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Demonstrated previous experience in a supervisory role and the ability to delegate tasks and coach others Enjoy working with and coaching staff Have experience creating growth and development plans Strong problem solving skills Applicants will have full Australian work rights Please note: Background/Police Checks will be carried out as part of the recruitment process Simply hit the Apply Now button below and we look forward to talking with you.
