We provide claims services, insurtech solutions and data & insights for some of Australia’s leading insurers – helping their customers get their lives back to normal as quickly as possible when they make a claim.

You will be joining our vibrant, fast-paced Design & Communications team, reporting directly to the Marketing & Communications Manager. Our ideal candidate will be offered the following: An flexible environment of continuous learning and growth Opportunities to explore creative solutions across multiple international brands A collaborative and supportive team The autonomy to truly own your role An inclusive company that embraces diversity ABOUT YOU Take a proactive role in the planning, coordinating, execution and tracking specifically for digital strategies including social media, content marketing, PPC, Linkedin, SEO and other digital channels Work in a supportive role to the Marketing Manager with the planning, coordinating, executing and tracking of marketing programs including events, EDM/direct mail, website updates and award submissions Create, proofread and edit copy for various marketing channels, ensuring a consistent voice and alignment to brand messaging Conduct market research and analysis, drawing correlations and trends Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure timely execution of quality marketing programs Evaluate and monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis by analysing key metrics and creating detailed reports Working with the design team to ensure all communications are on brand according to brand and style guidelines Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to roll out marketing campaigns Expertise & Education Bachelor’s degree in marketing, media and communications, or equivalent marketing related discipline, preferred Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in a Marketing-related role Proficient (or ability to upskill in) Mailchimp, WordPress, Google Analytics, Google Adwords, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Salesforce/Pardot Have the ability to support the production of high-quality marketing campaigns Have exceptional attention to detail and be able to follow detailed briefs and instructions Ability to work autonomously/independently, and achieve great results with colleagues either onsite or remotely Highly developed written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills Positive, te.
