Payroll Systems & Data Specialist
Our hardworking yet fun-loving People & Culture team, are on the search for an experienced and highly motivated Payroll Systems & Data Specialist. This is a 12 month fixed term role, reporting to our Systems & Business Analyst Supervisor and will be based at our newly renovated Support Office in Clayton . ABOUT THE ROLE Your primary objective is to work closely with our Senior Payroll Officer in processing all fortnightly/monthly payrolls in accordance with legislation, policies, procedures and awards.
You will be the expert key user of our systems (ADP Payforce & Tanda time & attendance), while actively working towards continuous improvement solutions. Key responsibilities of this role include: Ensuring timely and accurate processing of payroll for 650 employees Reviewing and auditing payroll data and reporting on findings, while fixing any inaccuracies Keeping up to date with changes in legislation and ensuring we comply with all federal and state regulations Payment of annual incentives, ensuring accuracy with tax and superannuation calculations Provide outstanding customer service by way of regular reporting, emails and phone queries on various payroll matters Responsible for testing system configuration updates prior to migration Interpreting system upgrades and advising of the impact and necessary actions ABOUT YOU You are an experienced payroll data and systems expert, who is adaptable and has a continuous improvement mindset. You thrive on being a true business partner, who prides yourself on friendly, speedy and accurate customer service.
