Vendor Replenishment Planner
We have a unique opportunity for a Vendor Replenishment Planner to join our Supply team, focusing on Woolworths. The Vendor Replenishment Planner is a key conduit between RB Health and Woolworths (WW), managing all aspects related to the replenishment of the Woolworths network. This role is responsible for the processing and placement of Woolworths orders with respect to their store forecast, RB stock parameters, cost to serve and inventory.
Your role will include but not be limited to: Daily operational responsibility for managing and/or coordinating forecasting, ordering and delivery of orders to Woolworths Distribution Centre’s nationally to maximise product availability while adhering to working capital requisites Effectively and proactively manage /resolve all supply and distribution issues by working intimately with both RB and Woolworths to maximise service levels while minimising costs Build and leverage customer relationships to support in minimising supply issues KPI reporting and analysis. Accurately and timely completion of scheduled (and unscheduled) reporting (daily, weekly and monthly) Improve customer performance through optimised ordering Drive on shelf availability and in stocks Managing stockholding / residuals Claim management – process and investigate all account claims in a timely and accurate manner You’ll succeed because… … you have a strong, demonstrable Customer Service experience within a FMCG environment. You have in-depth understanding and experience in Demand and Supply processes, with strong, JD Edwards and SAP experience.
A degree in Manufacturing Engineering and Management is highly desirable in order to succeed in this role. You are great at building strong relationships, not only within your team but also cross functionally You can handle challenging conversations and can influence up with ease, storytelling comes naturally to you. You have excellent communication and analytical skills and love to achieve strong KPI’s/Targets.
