ABOUT THE ROLE Based in Adelaide and reporting to the Executive General Manger Growth, this newly created role will support the launch of Retail & Merchandise across the Journey Beyond Group. The role will be responsible for everything from initial Budgeting to Guest Purchasing experience. This will include budgeting, planning, allocation, forecasting, logistics, and system and account support.
This role will ensure the Brands financial goals are met through alignment with and inclusion of the stakeholders across functional teams both internal and external. ABOUT YOU Ideally you will possess a proven track record in planning, systems, logistics and accounts with a strong background in inventory management (3 years’ experience). You will be self-managed, driven to succeed, with strong commercial acumen; excel in forecasting, interpreting market trends and executing plans to exceed targets.
You will demonstrate strong communication and influencing skills with a high level of emotional intelligence and passion for your field. Furthermore, you will be extremely organised with a high level of attention to detail, strong project management skills, be hands-on and an avid problem solver.
