Sydney based role, working from home - some travel required. Solid community engagement skills partnered with mental health & projects experience Working in the Project Management Team based in Sydney (work from home arrangements in place) you will be responsible for supporting and spearheading the successful delivery and development of community action frameworks for crisis support services nationally for our client. Applicants must be able to travel as this role requires some consultation in locations across NSW and other states (COVID restrictions permitting).
Essential Requirements : 2 years’ experience in mental health, social work, psychology, or related field Prior Project Management experience ideally within an Agile environment; implementing, administration projects/operational delivery processes, procedures and instructions Strong written and verbal communication skills Stakeholder management skills and community engagement experience (such as research fellows, emergency services, councils) Proven strong engagement and community consultation skills Complaints handling/conflict resolution experience Tertiary qualifications in a related field Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work to tight deadlines Desirable : Mental Health Awareness Training. Mental health background.
