The opportunity An exciting, new opportunity for an experienced Partnership Manager has become available, joining the CTP and Motor Trades team in Sydney and Parramatta. This is an amazing opportunity to manage and grow business partnerships within the targeted channels, with a focus on profitable growth, business quality, customer service standards, training and education.
Reporting to the Senior Partnership Manager, you will: Facilitate new business opportunities and assist in managing key partnerships across the Partners function in partnership with segment leads; Contribute to the growth of gross written premium for customers and QBE, and assist with the negotiation/renegotiation of exclusivity contracts; Develop and deliver training/education sessions and contribute to the optimization of QBE’s solutions and offerings to its customers; Lead the development and implementation of business plans and assist with the negotiation of exclusivity contracts; Monitor and maintain service level agreements, personal accreditation, and compliance of key partnerships; Design, tailor and implement delivery efficiencies, including appropriate B2B solutions; Ensure strict adherence to agreed SLA's & provide appropriate intervention when required . Your story so far Previous experience in a relationship/Partnership manager position; Previous experience in General Insurance, CTP, or Financial Institution partnership/relationship management; Excellent working knowledge of the products and concepts relating to the insurance/financial services industry; Understanding of the regulatory and compliance requirements within the Insurance/Financial Services industry; Superior stakeholder management skills, including the ability to gain influence and present across all organisational levels; Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives, with complex problem resolution ability; A strategic thinker with well-developed business acumen; Strong ability to drive marketing initiatives, with a focus on the digital channel.
