Registered Nurse - Surgical Ward
Multiple Permanent Roles Available Great Remuneration Benefits Grow with Australia’s Largest Private Health Provider About the Role As a Registered Nurse you will perform duties with the support and guidance of the Nurse Unit Manager, Clinical Nurse and Shift Leaders to ensure a high level of quality service is provided to our patients across the ward. You will be joining a team of passionate professionals driven to exceed Ramsay’s high standard of client care. In this role you will report to the Nurse Unit Manager There are multiple part-time positions available to candidates with a minimum of 48 hours per fortnight.
About You To succeed in this role, you will bring a strong clinical skillset in a hospital setting as a trained Nurse with a passion for client care and a high standard of customer-focused service in line with Ramsay's core values. You will have exceptional communication skills and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience within Recovery, PACU or a similar surgical ward/department will be highly regarded.
The flexibility to work a rotating roster with on call components along with weekend and evening shifts will be key for this role. You will also bring; 2 or more years’ surgical ward experience as a Registered Nurse (Essential) Relevant qualifications and Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a high-performing team. Ability to assess, plan, coordinate and evaluate care delivery needs of patient Remuneration Base salary for a full time equivalent Registered Nurse ranges from $70,000 - $90,000 Superannuation per annum based on experience level.
