Your new role The NSW Territory Manager will be responsible for maintaining the region's growth and further developing sales. You will need to be adaptable to several customers including end users, their healthcare professional support i.e.

physiotherapists, occupational therapists, home-carers and similar, as well as supporting distributors on any direct sales. The ideal candidate will come from the support background in the disability space who has then moved into medical equipment sales. These products are life improving and vital for patients, therefore someone empathetic who can understand their needs and frustrations, but also be able to provide high level technical communication on the features of a wide range of products to suit varying patients, and to build strong lasting relationships, and influence outcomes.

What you'll need to succeed Educated to degree level in relevant field Min 3 years sales experience in relevant field - i.e. medical devices Have a clinical background in physio, rehabilitation therapy or spinal expertise Or A technical background in equipment assembly, service engineering but possess commercial acumen Empathetic nature, able to build strong lasting relationships Adaptable sales skills in relating to varying audiences - therapists, patients, hospital staff and dealers High level understanding to be able to interpret product features and educate and advise to different audiences Self-sufficient and self-starter to manage own diary, this is a predominant field-based role Flexibility with travel, being available even outside of hours when needed to advise on products or assist with high level queries What you'll get in return The opportunity to join a global highly successful business Join a fantastic team that work incredibly well together Chance to build a great career in a highly important sector Good commission structure Exciting and ever-changing position where there's never a dull moment What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV to aran.
