Your new role Our business is extremely well-positioned in a rapidly strengthening Newcastle market and we are looking for people to share in our success.

As one of our experienced Recruitment Consultants, you will be responsible for: Utilising your strong business development skills to engage with new and existing clients and expand your network across the region. Building strong relationships with clients and candidates by genuinely connecting with them to understand their business, or what their dream job looks like. Utilising all the tools in the shed to identify and engage top talent in your market.

Attending promotional and networking events to stamp your status as a go to business partner. Make the match - bring those clients and candidates together so they can achieve great things. What you'll need to succeed We need someone who loves connecting with people.

Someone who ranks customer service as their highest priority. But also is commercially driven and understands that business is about a win win for all. You will be a great negotiator, be very well organised and have excellent time management skills.

You MUST be cool under pressure Previous experience working in a recruitment agency is essential. What you'll get in return A base salary plus uncapped commission which you can earn from day one. The best training and development opportunities in the recruitment industry.
