HSS is the leading provider of home hospital care for a range of public and private funders.
We provide healthcare and wellbeing services nationally in alternative settings to hospitals, supporting people across the care continuum. Your Opportunity Working in a supportive and diverse team environment, you will be able to use your customer service and communication skills to liaise with customers, hospitals, doctors, and family members in the coordination of care to our clients. The Customer Care Coordinator requires a level of lateral thinking and proactive behavior.
You will also take pride in delivering solutions to enquiries in a timely and efficient manner and taking interest in fulfilling the customer experience. What will set you apart from the rest? You will be a true customer experience professional, who is driven daily to achieve positive customer outcomes. You must be a confident communicator, with a passion for people, along with: Call center experience in a customer contact and or administrative role The ability to 'think on your feet' Possess a 'can-do' positive attitude and work well in a team environment Have excellent time management skills Be available to work fulltime with shifts ranging between 7am - 8 pm weekdays with some weekend work Have proven excellent written and verbal communication skills Answer multiple phone lines, process data and assisting clinical teams Experience in the healthcare industry is desirable but not essential What sets us apart from the rest?
