Description

Our company focuses on providing boutique consultancy and recruitment services for a number of clients. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Consultant to join our team on a Full-Time Basis, Monday to Friday. Your new role will include screening candidate resumes, candidate selection, face to face interviews and elements of sales.

You will also be providing other services such as providing quality career advice to jobseekers or employees looking to upskill. The ideal candidate will ideally come from either a sales or recruitment background. This role will is based in Mount Gravatt with travel to surrounding suburbs in the area as a requirement.

Reporting to the Careers Manager, you will be responsible for: Source and shortlist candidates Build rapport with applicants over the phone and in person Exceed set Key Performance Indicators and sales targets Interview candidates and determine their suitability for currant vacancies or if further upskilling is required About you: Be able to work in a team environment but also capable of working autonomously and still exceeding goals Energetic and motivated to succeed Flexible with travel and possess a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence Previous experience in sales and recruitment Exceptional time management skills Professional presentation If this sounds like you and you are ready to hit the ground running, then please attach your cover letter and resume outlining your suitability.
