Our Client Prime Corporation Australia Pty Ltd acting as Trustee for Rupani Family Trust (KFC) is looking for a reliable, experienced full time Retail Supervisor to join their team. To be considered for this role you must have: • AQF certificate II or III or higher qualification in related field • Or at least one year of multi outlet retail or service industry experience preferred. • Proven track record of On Target performance in Balanced Scorecard KPIs (or equivalent) with primary profit responsibility essential • You must be Australian Citizen/ Permanent Resident or have proper working rights in Australia.
Duties and responsibilities: • Store Supervisor assists the Store Manager with the managing of a KFC Store in accordance with Company policies and procedures with emphasis on control of production, customer service, occupational health and safety and Store administration. • Maintain and develop Store to the highest operational standards. Implement action plans to ensure continued progress in all elements of customer metrics.
• Manage shifts in accordance with Company Policies and Procedures including directing the activities of employees in maximising sales, operating efficiency and Profit; Ensure tasks are only undertaken by those employees certified to perform them. • Report to the Store Manager any aspect of employee relations, customer service, attendance of and/or inspections by third parties that have or are likely to affect the operation of the Store. • Responsible for execution of One-System Workplace Health and Safety during their shift.
Ensure employees under their control are observing safety procedures and that any hazardous situations are rendered safe. The Shift Supervisor has authority and responsibility for safety over contractors, customers and other visitors when they are on company property. • Assist the Store Manager to achieve ROCC Standards within the restaurant by ensuring that all employees are focused on exceeding customer expectations; advise the Store Manager of any repairs or maintenance required within the Store • Assist the Store Manager in implementing training programs for Team Members, to enable them to maximise performance and realise their career potential; Monitor performance and implement corrective action where required • Support and coach management teams to meet performance targets, implement plans to improve performance (where necessary) and ensure achievement of On or Above Target Balanced Scorecard results.
