au/buy About the Role This role will encompass working with all patient populations Work directly with other Occupational Therapists to share patient loads and support each other's clinical abilities Use your expertise to train grad and junior OT's in the acute and subacute OT space Supportive team wants to see you succeed with your patients Comfortable reporting to the director of OT services What's on Offer Pay in accordance to level of experience - 90,000-120,000K Super and salary packaging Relocation assistance will be provided for Occupational Therapist moving from interstate Employees have access to ongoing education training days, generous annual leave, sick leave, and long service leave A full orientation program is provided for all new staff to get you familiar with systems and processes About You APHRA Registration in Occupational Therapy Comfortable working in a setting across multiple patient populations (if needed) Have worked in a team which is focused on working in a collaborative, adaptable and responsive manner. Sound experience teaching, training, and leading staff OT's Be driven to achieve the best outcomes for our clients Have a strong working knowledge of evidence-based practice Able to provide advice to an interdisciplinary team (management and junior staff) including providing advice, service development and evaluations.
