Sales Administrator - Inner Brisbane Suburb Real Estate & Property Admin / Office Support Brisbane Permanent / Full Time 31/8/2020 Culture is FIRST priority within this team Excellent Career Progression An opportunity to work for an award winning office OPPORTUNITIES LIKE THIS RARELY BECOME AVAILABLE Our client is looking for an experienced Real Estate Sales Administrator to support a high-performance sales team undertaking a number of administrative sales support duties; Key Responsibilities This is a fast-paced role supporting the most dynamic Agents with strong market knowledge, exceptional negotiation skills, and a service to customers that is second to none On a day to day basis, this role will see you completing the following administration and reception duties: Preparation of Form 6s - contracts Preparing Auction programs Preparing market appraisals Managing online real estate programs Marketing & Property submissions Preparing marketing budgets, brochures, and marketing material End to end administration support from Appraisal to Settlement To be successful you will: MUST HAVE a minimum of 1-year administration experience in Real Estate supporting multiple sales agents or a large successful sales team MUST HAVE a current Real Estate Certificate of Registration & driver's license Immaculately presented and well-groomed Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Possess a strong work ethic How to apply: Please call Sarah McColm on 0411 650 766.
