About the role A fulltime permanent opportunity has become available within our Early Intervention Psychosocial Support Response Service (EIPSRS) working in collaboration with our clinical partner. This role is based from home and will support clients based in the Wangaratta area. EIPSRS is an outreach service that provides a person centred approach to recovery which is tailored to meet individual needs.

This service is delivered through outreach and will have responsibility for working with clients in the Albury/Wodonga region. The EIPSRS model is delivered through a mobile service focusing on supporting people to achieve better life goals. Reporting directly to the Service Manager, this role covers a Monday – Friday roster and will see you out and about in the community engaging directly with clients in a Mind provided car supported by technology enabling successful mobile working.

Duties Provide direct support to individual clients, delivering high quality service and facilitating positive educational and social experiences Work collaboratively with a broad range of services as they relate to clients’ needs to ensure a co-ordinated and integrated response to the client’s recovery goals Deliver group sessions and learning activities Assist clients in building networks with their families and community services Work autonomously and competently across a variety of digital platforms What you’ll bring Tertiary qualifications (minimum Certificate IV) in Mental Health, Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, or other health-related field as designated by Mind Experience working with people with complex mental health issues and their families and carers Demonstrated ability to implement a recovery oriented framework Skilled in building solid connections with clients, colleagues and stakeholders Demonstrated understanding of available community services, supports and the NDIS What’s on offer Attractive Not For Profit Salary Packaging benefits Flexible work arrangements Monthly Rostered Day Off (RDOs) Learning, development and career opportunities Interested?
