CORE Delivery Lead How will I help? The Customer Outcomes and Risk Excellence Program is designed to improve Westpac’s culture, governance and accountability. The focus is on promoting a risk culture of learning from events and improving, and actions that empower employees to make good decisions. This role is a Delivery Lead position, responsible for part of the Accountability & Decision Making workstream.
You will utilise your strong understanding of the banking sector and experience in risk, legal and/or governance to work with key stakeholders around the rationalisation of committees across the Westpac Group. What do I need? Strong experience in risk management, within the banking/financial services sector Corporate governance, risk/compliance or legal background Experience in being involved in large scale projects and/or reform in banking practice Motivated self-starter with excellent organisational skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Results-oriented, with a self-driven and proactive approach Outstanding relationship building and stakeholder management skills Ability to work well autonomously What is it like to work there?
