Senior HR Manager
National Multimillion-dollar Company Establish and define the company Culture Company going through Massive growth Responsibilities Include: Start off by driving a new initiative to head up and redefine the company culture and what success looks like. Own the HR strategy for the business which integrates with the overall business strategy as it continues rapid growth. Work closely with the Executive team to ensure that the values of the company are communicated and understood at all levels advising and driving changes where necessary.
Provide support on a broad range of complex HR issues and practices, offering solutions in line with organisational priorities and in accordance with relevant government policy, legislation and industrial awards, compliance on all contractors as well as coaching for the leaders in the business. Investigate and implement a new employee platform initiative to be used across the business. Partnering with team leaders to build capability across the company, driving a learning culture Manage all areas of employee administration including performance reviews etc.
Ensure Human Resource policies & procedures are up-to-date and adhered to. Work with the management team to recommend and implement improvements to productivity and increasing efficiencies. Work closely with the CEO where together you will enable each other to drive change across the business and help bring on new acquisitions.
Does this Sound Like You? You have formal qualifications in Human Resource Management with minimum experience of 5 years in HR and our relevant business management area.
