The position The SaaS Product Manager is responsible for Tic:Toc Enterprise’s SaaS product offerings, bringing faster, smarter and simpler lending solutions to the industry. As the primary driver of the product strategy and roadmap, you will keenly gather and prioritise internal and external customer requirements and feedback to evolve the product, XAI Validate and bring new products to market.Not only are you a strategic thinker, you relish the development and execution of great customer experiences and product features.

You are always outcome focused, you ensure revenue and customer satisfaction objectives and key results (OKRs) are exceeded, while effectively balancing business, technical, customer and commercial priorities. Key Accountabilities Define and champion an outcome driven SaaS product strategy and roadmap, shaped from gathered internal and external customer insights, feedback and analytics Effective communication of the product strategy and roadmap to internal stakeholders, outlining the return on investment supported by research and analytics Define product initiatives and success metrics, to ensure customer centric product design, delivery and implementation, ensuring that the product meets requirements Supporting the Commercial team, as the subject matter expert, to engage customers through the sales, onboarding, support and in-life customer experience Help position the SaaS products and develop the supporting messaging for sales tools and collateral Take ownership of the onboarding and operational information including training, user guides and release notes Determine product development future priorities and manage current backlog Develop business case development, including financial modelling and reporting The person Required Skills & Experience Product Management or product development experience, specifically with SaaS technology products Strong experience developing product roadmaps for new and existing products, defining proof of concepts, minimum viable products and translating roadmaps....
