Operations Manager, Superannuation and Insurance
The role We are representing one of the largest wealth managers in the country. We are recruiting for a Manager with a focus on superannuation and (life) insurance. You will be responsible for managing 2 teams.
This is a role where you will be managing leaders (roughly 30 people in the team). Responsibilities Primary function is to be the face and voice for the team. You will also be involved in a variety of projects as they arise.
Focus on refining and implementing better processes and procedures as a means of ensuring best practice is in place moving forward; Represent the teams as a Senior Manager in the Group There will be some (legislative) change - particularly in the insurance team. There will be a requirement to implement these changes and get the team humming effectively. Looking for someone to drive results using the teams capability.
Somebody who (when a problem arises) can take the task, and work (collaboratively) through the process to reach a solution. Desired experience Previous experience managing people (ideally leading, leaders) Previous experience in Employer/ Corporate Super and/ or Life Insurance The opportunity: This is an opportunity where you will be responsible for developing your team leaders and their teams Great opportunity to come in and learn.
