Randstad are currently recruiting a Project Coordinator for a Local Commercial Electrical Business with ongoing works within the region. The role would be Townsville based and suit someone who has worked in a similar role within a Electrical Contracting business. You will be working closely with the site Project Manager assisting with the following: Compiling of purchasing orders for the project Assisting with monthly claims and tracking performance Assisting with monthly forecasting Attending site meetings and liaising with clients and stakeholders Price variations and ensure the process is followed as approved Assist with reconciling subcontractor's monthly claims To be successful in this position you will be: Project or Site Officer experience essential in the Electrical Contracting sector Business office management, scheduling or workflow management role, preferably in a trade related or facilities management business.
High level of computer skills Thorough understanding of electrical standards, legal regulations & guidelines Interested?
